Renter’s Guide

Welcome to Opulence Rentals.
Please review the following rental guidelines carefully before reserving your vehicle. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client.

License Requirements & Age Restrictions

• Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Rentals are not permitted for individuals with major moving violations, DUI convictions, or similar infractions.

• A valid physical ID must be presented at the time of rental. Keys will only be handed directly to the authorized driver.

Insurance Requirements

• Full coverage insurance is required, including Comprehensive & Collision.

• You may use your personal auto insurance policy, provided it covers rental vehicles.

Additional Drivers

• Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement.

• Each additional driver must:

  • Be present at delivery/pickup.

  • Provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance in advance.

  • Meet the same age, license, and driving record requirements as the primary renter.

Delivery & Pickup

• Vehicles may be picked up at our office or delivered to your preferred location.

• Delivery is available within 50 miles of our headquarters for an additional fee.

• Please schedule pickup or delivery at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Return Times

• Rentals include a 1-hour grace period after the scheduled return time.

• Returns beyond the grace period will incur an additional daily rental fee.

Security Deposits

• A refundable security deposit is required at the start of every rental.

• Deposits may be placed via credit card authorization hold or cash.

• Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and insurance type.

• Deposits are fully refunded upon safe and timely completion of the rental.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash

• Cashier’s checks

• Wire transfers

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Personal and business checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the security deposit due to business loss and scheduling inconvenience.

• The total trip fee will be refunded.

Fuel, Tolls & Service Charges

• Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and must be returned the same way.

• A $25 fueling fee plus fuel costs will apply if the tank is not refilled.

• Vehicles are equipped with toll passes; all tolls used will be automatically charged to the renter.

Driving Area & Mileage

• Rentals include 100 free miles per day. Additional mileage will be charged at the stated rate.

• Vehicles may not leave the approved service area without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

Our vehicles may not be used for:

• Illegal activities

• Racing or reckless driving

• Teaching others to drive

• Driving on unpaved roads

• Smoking inside the vehicle

• Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of payment, and loss of the security deposit.

Tickets & Violations

Renters are responsible for all:

• Parking tickets

• Speeding/traffic violations

• Towing or impound fees

• The renter must pay all related costs.
